Anthony Allegrino
I’m Anthony Allegrino, and I started AA Peak Performance in 2019 because I knew I wanted to help people. Along the way, through the experience I’ve gained, I’ve realized that strength and conditioning involves much more than just training—it’s about the mental, physical, and nutritional aspects. This realization inspired me to develop a holistic approach to performance.
With a B.S. in Fitness Development and an M.S. in Sport Management from SUNY Cortland, I’ve built my career on a passion for optimizing performance. I hold certifications from NSCA CSCS, RPR Level Two, Dartfish, and Stick Mobility Level One, which allows me to take a well-rounded approach to training.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with collegiate and professional athletes, developing performance-driven programs alongside some of the top experts in the industry. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Colgate University. Previously, I was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Rockford IceHogs and an Assistant Strength Coach at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. My experience also includes roles at Clarkson University, Minnesota University, Quinnipiac University, Niagara University, and The Binghamton Devils.
At AA Peak Performance, I aim to provide personalized, science-backed training that helps athletes and everyday individuals unlock their full potential.
